Orders Policy

  • ORDER CONFIRMATION: once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email with your specified items.
  • DISPATCH CONFIRMATION: once the order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • ORDER MODIFICATION: unfortunately, once an order is being placed online, NO modifications or additions can be made. If you wish to add extra items, you can place a new order. However, if you wish to remove or modify any items, you will NOT be able to do that until you receive the items then follow the RETURN POLICY.
  • ORDER CANCELLATION: please be informed that you can ONLY cancel your order PRIOR to DISPATCH & being picked up by the courier, otherwise, you will have to wait until you receive your items & then follow the RETURN POLICY. To cancel or return, please notify us through the “Contact us” form or email: sales@gsportkingdom.com.
  • MISSING ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER: if any of the items requested is missing or not the correct size or colour, please notify us immediately through the “Contact us” form or email: sales@gsportkingdom.com.
  • FAILED ORDERS: the only reason why an order will fail is if there is a PAYMENT ISSUE such as wrong BILLING ADDRESS that is not matching your card details recorded in the bank or low funds in your account, & you will be notified of that. Once an order is failed & cancelled due to any of these reasons, you cannot reactivate it again, you will have to make a new order after adjusting your billing address or the outstanding issue.
  • TERMINATION OF ORDER: the customer has the right to terminate an order, with NO charges at all, in case of delay in delivery of the product more than 15 days from receiving the order confirmation, UNLESS the customer was notified with these delays due to customisation (customised orders), low stock availability, courier issues or as explained & agreed upon in the confirmation email. For order termination, please notify us immediately through the “Contact us” form or email: sales@gsportkingdom.com.
  • TRACKING YOUR ORDER: once your order is dispatched, you will receive a unique number with the name of the courier company on your dispatch document for each order. You will be able to track your order on the courier’s website.
  • CUSTOMISED ORDERS: for any customised orders, customers will be notified with the number of days required to finish the order, which may exceed 15 days, thus termination of order is NOT possible, NOR cancelation, modification or return.
